iMessage not working on iPhone 5

I have an iPhone 4 and lately most of my Text messages don't go through. Doesn't matter if it just
text or I am forwarding a video or picture via text. I will get an error message.

It works when I am connected to my home WiFi.

Is it weird to anyone else that the only solution posted is that StraightTalk Sam take the conversation offline?

I had been getting text messages to delete my profile and visit the webpage to verify updates, but now I can only send imessages if I am connected to wifi. iphone 5C

There was also this problem on my iPhone mobile. But on Google I got a thread to solve the problem and got rid of the problem easily.
