Same problem here. Called support and was told it was my card and paid overnight shipping for one which worked for a few days via same thing. And I use my phone for work as well this is getting ridiculous. I've got an Alcatel model number 5098S. Did I mention my daughter is having the same problem and she has a Samsung?
