What's the problem? I have this happening also.

WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE A PRIVATE MESSAGE? THERE ARE OTHERS HAVING THIS PROBLEM. POST THE ANSWER -PUBLICLY- JUST ONCE AND THEN EVERYONE WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO.

this's ridiculous.. bad customer service.. why take it off line, post a FAQ or something, why hide it???
