Voicemail "Service Not Available"

I tried to access email today and as soon as it answers it'll ask for mailbox number. Never asked for mailbox number before just wondering if voicemail got deactivated thank you

I somehow deleted a long email draft. I then tried to move it from the deleted file to another file, and it vanished entirely. I tried a google search and followed instructions to try the recover deleted email function under the folder tab, and I see the button, but it's not highlighted, as if it's not available. Nothing happens when I push it.

Is there some other way to find this email?
