What happened to conditional call forwarding???

I also started having this issue a couple weeks ago using Google Voice for voicemail. Now I cannot forward calls. Heck, I can't even get into the regular voicemail. Did anyone figure out how to fix this?

I have been a straight talk customer for years, as have members of my family. My wife's phone recently lost connection with Google Voice, which was running fine up until March 1st (9 days ago). Now they are telling us Straight Talk doesn't support conditional call forwarding. Ummmmm... it is working fine on my phone and has been for years. I now have a new pixel three (upgraded recently from a pixel 2). My wife has a pixel 2 that has worked flawlessly on Google Voice with Straight talk as the service provider for several years. Why is she no longer able to connect?
