The wifi calling has stopped working on my iPhones. Has been working fine for several years. I'm getting the run around from ST about it. I plan on moving to a different company if this isn't resolved.

If you want to use Wi-Fi Calling and you have an iPhone running iOS 13.3.1 or later, you may do so, as long as the SIM is either Verizon-compatible or T-Mobile-compatible. Keep in mind that your iPhone doesn't need to have been purchased from Straight Talk.

Using the same sim card I used wifi calling on an unlocked AT&T S6 Active and on the unlocked A&T S8 Active I have now. Friday when I noticed WiFi calling had turned off it would not turn back on with an error code of RE0006 I called and talked to a gentleman in customer support that wanted either my ICCID or IMSI number (don't remember which one) as WiFi calling works using it, I couldn't find them and was frustrated so I hung up. Called back today (Monday) and spoke with a lady that didn't ask for an ICCID or IMSI number, then told me that everything was fine on their end and it was a problem with my WiFi provider and to call them and see if they had changed something. Once I told her that my WiFi provider was my DSL modem and my router that I have been using in tandem for four years and nothing had changed with either she said she would transfer me to a different department for more help and while waiting they disconnected from the call leaving me hearing a dial tone. I live in an area with very poor cell phone reception and without WiFi calling working I have to go outside to call or text, and it's 27ºF now so no, that's not happening. I want my WiFi calling back!!
