Yeahhhhhh...after chatting with 2 of the ST techs, Apple customer support, AT&T customer support, restoring countless times including back to factory settings AND starting again as a new phone, resetting all settings, resetting network settings and living in over 8 hours of visual voicemail not working hell, I couldn't take the frustration any longer and went AT&T prepaid service and wouldn't ya know it, the visual voicemail WORKED!

You need to figure out what the issue is because your instructions from the online chat people weren't even relevant to my problem. As I told your online chat people, the only thing that showed on my VM screen was "call voicemail". No listing of voicemails, although I could listen to old vms, probably because I restored my new phone from an older iphone. One of the techs even had the audacity to say that my device didn't support visual vm! Really?! I couldn't possibly be the only person who has ever had this issue. I'd love to get my $50 back after 1 day of "service". How do I do that?
