No voicemail notifications or Visual Voicemail, iPhone 7+

Hello group, I know this has been an ongoing problem and I’m wondering if anyone has a solution? Just up graded my phone to a T-Mobile 7+(my 4th BYOP iPhone) on Straight Talk. My previous iPhones’ visual voicemail worked on ST. So far I’ve reset network settings, reset ALL settings, removed SIM, restored from a backup from a previous phone with working VV...... I’m not even getting notifications when a new voicemail comes in now not cool.

No messages are in my inbox.

What was in my inbox was just a link to the ST website to chat with customer support. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them already. The carrier settings are wrong on your end and no one I’ve spoke with is competent enough to fix them......THIS IS A FACT. At this point I’m not even being notified of incoming voicemail.
