I originally had Straight Talk on my iPhone 4s and had Visual Voicemail working fine. Decided to upgrade to an iPhone 6 plus but Straight Talk did not support LTE at that time so I decided to switch to AT&T. Straight Talk started to support LTE so I finally switched back a little over two months ago. Visual voice mail WAS WORKING until last night when I suddenly got a normal voicemail message and it called my voicemail instead of giving me the visual message.
I have repeatedly tried to contact support only to be given the run around several times by people who have little to NO tech experience. When you have to explain to a representative that a APN is not "only for CDMA networks" then you really need to invest in customer service reps that don't make your entire company look like idiots.
I just want my visual voice mail working like it has been for the last two months!
