FedEx tracking number for my purchase

I ordered a Sim card off the Internet from straight talk and they give me the ID number or whatever for the purchase but I can't get the FedEx shipping number to track the delivery status and location of my SIMcard.. called straight talk and they said they couldn't find it. how do I find the FedEx shipping number for my purchase with my order number??!? ( it is not in either email that they have sent me about my purchase of the SIM card)
