MMS will receive but cannot send

So basically I've been having a problem that I am hoping someone on this forum will be kind enough to help me solve. I recently upgraded from an Iphone 5s to a 6s Plus both were using straight talk. When I was using the 5s I did not have any issues at all and the service was fine. I took my sim card from the 5s and just moved it to the new phone when I got it. But unfortunately I ran into an issue with the new phone. I am able to receive MMS messages and group texts, But I cannot send any at all. I have spent a lot of time looking into how to fix the problem and haven't been able to fix it. I have tried countless different APN settings and none of them fixed my issue. I have called straight talk support and spoke to live support twice and everything they have me trouble shoot through all the steps all I get told is that you can't receive MMS messages. But what I don't understand is why it would work on the 5s and not the 6s. I bought a new 6s plus unlocked and I am using a Tmoible straight talk sim card. It's extremely frustrating and I am hoping that someone on the forum would be able to provide some insight on if they have any ideas to fix it. Any info would be greatly appreciated !
