Voicemail problems...

Having problems with my voicemail. Can't access it. I've used google voice for a long time, now conditional call forwarding isn't working at all (so GV doesn't work) and I can't access the built-in voicemail either

Hey I'm having the same issue, I'm on BYOP using a OnePlus 5T and I get the busy signal whenever I dial "1" or my ten digit number. How do I fix this?
