CHANGING MY APN?????

ive tried countless things and i cant get it to work and it is really starting to tick me off!!!! there is no apn settings ANYWHERE in my iphone 3gs i cant send or receive pictures or get on the web without wifi! im about to just call it quits on straighttalk, waaay too many headaches!
