I get your PM but there is no way to respond?????

How can I reply to a private message when your board is setup to block its usage? When I attempt to send a PM I am told "We are sorry, but you are not authorized to use this feature. You may have just registered here and may need to participate more to be able to use this feature.".

Doesn’t it seem a little ludicrous that the forum administrator’s reply by PM and the users are not allowed to use the PM feature until they post enough questions? So how do you reply to the administrators when they send you a PM requesting information and you haven't qualified for PM's? Really seems ludicrous to me.
