I cannot receive picture messages

I set up my straight talk on my iPhone 3GS and cannot receive picture messages. Looks like all the help is done offline so someone please help me too! Thanks!!!

Hey, still new! In addition to not being able to send or receive picture messages, I was trying to find out if there
is a way to hook my Iphone up to my Ipad2 so I can use the phone browser through my ipad when I'm not at home or
near a hotspot.
