cant get a person to talk to! need help

I need to hear from customer service and cannot contact a person! All i get is auto response phone and email messages! Help! I broke a phone, bought a new one, had same number on new phone, had it activated yesterday, and today it is deactivated! I need the phone for important calls today and no activation. I have auto refill and 30 days available . No reason for it to be deactivated . Need to talk to a person to know whats up and need it fixed. Very frustrating not to be able to reach people on a phone company system:(
