International MMS?

Hi I signed up with ST yesterday using the BYOD. I'm using a factory unlocked Iphone 4S. I already fixed the mms and I can send & receive photos here in the USA but when I send a mms to friends in Costa Rica they don't receive it. Is there a way around this or this is not offered yet?
