Error 67. No 3G or browser after 1 day of use.

I have a new Samsung M828c Galaxy phone which worked for one day with 3G coverage, and then stopped. Now I get the Error 67 message. The sprint network provides full coverage for my area. I have soft-booted and updated the phone with no results.
