Why am I loosing service off and on in an otherwise great service area???

I live in noel MO., I've been informed that every one w/this service is having the same prob.,would like to know if this issue will be resolved soon,as I have paid for service on both phones and cannot use them!!!!!>>>>>>>>>>>

I have 2 LG OPTIMUS Q .AND TODAY THEY BOTH STARTED LOSEING SERVICE .UP TILL NOW I HAVE BEEN HAVEING GREAT SERVICE.WHATS UP?I AM IN THE NEW JERSEY AREA CODE 08075 PLEASE HELP THESE PHONES ARE MY LIFE LINE.....PLEASE HELP .AND THE BATT ON ONE OF THEM DIES VERY QUICK.EVEN WITH AN APP KILLER I HAVE TO KEEP IT PLUGED IN 90%OF THE TIME...THOMAS
