Unable to go online and send/receive pic messages...

My husband and i both have the Samsung 375C and we added new service cards, since then we have been unable to access the internet and are unable to send/receive picture messages. Have done the following: *22890, restarted phone, and pulled the battery... nothing has worked so far. Please help!!!
