I cannot use my straight talk phone because it was damaged. Does anyone know the direct access voicemail phone number so I can call and access my messages?

Just dial your 10-digit mobile number using the landline phone to access the voicemail box and follow the instructions. Please be informed that this does not apply to all phones. There are some technologies that do not work with this option. Thanks!

I did try dialing my number but I was not given any prompts to access my voice mail directly.

Hi paman65. Your phone technology does not support accessing your voicemail messages from other phone or landline. You will not be able to check your voicemail messages unless you use the phone. Thanks!
