I spent almost an hour on the phone with Customer Service today because I could not send picture messages or get online. They could not help and supposedly have escalated my problem.
NOW, I can't even make phone calls!! I'm getting the "don't have enough money in your account" message when I try to make a call. I still have 12 days on my card, and when I was on the phone with customer service, he even sent me a text message with my available minutes, and I had LOTS of minutes left.
Can someone PLEASE get this phone straightened out for me?
