internet and picture message not working

HI,
I have a samsung straighttalk phone. now the picture messages are not being received and the internet is not working. any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this? I have not yet contacted straighttalk. any help would be appreciated...

I am frustrated beyond belief....the first month I had straight talk i was on the phone for hours to get it activated....hours again to fix internet problems/email problems only to be told...I did not have this service...go figure....hung up and tried again and got the service working...called back to get auto pay which took hours and before she mad it happen was cut off only to start over again. internet is not working again....please...I dont want to have to call again and get the run around for hours...

i went without for this month only because I didnt want to hang on again...is there a way to get the internet working without calling AGAIN!!!!
