dead phone

Hi i am new at this! Two days ago I added a $30 card to my phone and it showed 32 days left. It worked fine Saturday and Sunday. Today, Monday, July 30 it is dead - dead. The phone lines at straight talk are so full they will take my call! Help is needed! i do not want to lose my number or my contacts.

I have the same problem, but I can't cancel auto-refill online! It's so frustrating!
