Cancel Auto Pay when you do not have an account?

Hi, I bought an iPhone SE, and wanted to port my AT&T number, but it would not port as the phone I was sold was for the Verizon network. Called customer service, they tried to port number but said I need a different phone, or lose my old number. They said I could return the phone and get a refund, this I did, and indeed got a refund OK. But when I was trying to activate the phone, the first time, I must have signed up for Auto Pay, to get the discount. As the phone was never activated, and was never given a phone number, and the phone was returned I figured that would be it.

A few weeks later I get an email "Here is your auto-refill payment confirmation". Straight Talk was taking money from my credit card! I tried to sign in to their website to cancel this, but could not as I do not have a phone, to get an IMEI number, or a phone number to log in? I called them but all they ended up saying, after a lot of back and forth was "Contact your financial institution". They said they could not cancel these charges. My credit card company says I have to dispute each charge, as it arises. Straight Talk are taking $48.74 each month when I do not have a Straight Talk phone, account, or phone number.

Can somebody from Straight Talk help me with this?
