How to add reserve?

I bought a refill card early and added it. I'm wanting to know if there is a way to add it earlier so my data resets?

I didn't realise that I had enrolled in Auto Refilled and added a plan a few days early last month. When it came time for my service end date, my service auto refilled instead of using the plan in reserve. I cancelled my auto refill in hopes that it would automatically use the plan from my reserve but it didn't. Would greatly appreciate it if we could get the plan in reserve added so I can use my phone again.
