Every time I try to call to refill it says there's a pending transaction, and to call back in 5 min to give it time to complete. Never works though

I am having the same issue. Refilled 4 hours ago and still pending transaction. Try to call customer service and it gives an automated message of your transaction is pending please wait 5 minutes and try again then hangs up on me. No option to actually talk to someone or anything. have used this service for several years with no issues like this. Please private message me whatever you have been sending everyone else to resolve this issue.

My LG will not reactivate. Keeps saying pending transaction call back in 5 minutes but will not let me through. It has been 2 days of this I need my phone. I don't know what to do.
