Same problem as everyone else here. Impossible to cancel auto-refill.

Cancel auto-refill for 530-305-5022. Do not refer me somwhere else.
I called 1-877-430-2355, it said "pending transaction" and hung up on me.
I texted SUPPORT to 611611 - same result
I called 611 - same result
Stop apologizing and giving me the runaround. Just cancel it now.
My only recourse after this is to file a credit card fraud report and a complaint to the CPUC.
