Straight talk plan charged my credit card twice

Hi there, please help me how do I cancel my other payment from straight talk plan?
They charged my credit card twice and I only did it once..
Could you please reply to me as soon as possible?.
if Not maybe i will cancel everything and just go to simple mobile instead..

Mine was too and all I was trying to do was purchase a refill. I will def be contacting my bank to dispute this charge!

it happened to me a long time ago and ST kept trying to say they only charged one charge to my credit card but actually they charged it 3 times...... I had to have the credit card company remove the two bogus charges and now I know better than to try to use their automatic refill service that charges the credit card. I buy the refill cards at Walmart.

I was charge twice as well, please contact me at
pwnedproductionz@gmail.com. I am not happy with this and you didnt even add the equivalent time. Charged twice, now overdrawn because of you guys, so if you guys do not get back to me soon, I expect you to cover the cost of YOUR MISTAKE

i have been billed twice. i have been unable to contact a representative via phone or the internet. how can i get a resolution?

They did the same thing to me yesterday. I only wanted to refill once but was charged twice. First and last time I will do that, I'll just go back to buying the cards. Someone please contact me.
