Need Help Activating Phone

I had forgotten that I had a straighttalk account so I ordered a new phone with a plan card without logging in. The phone just arrived but when I scratched off the silver to see my service pin, four of the numbers are unreadable. The bar codes are completely legible, I have the order number, and I have already logged into my old account and added the new phone. I just don't know how to activate the new phone without wasting the money I already spent.
