Adding device to my account

I want to add device to my account to pay for new service plan. This device has been used close to a year but is not listed on my account. I want to pay for 2 devices for the year. Tried to add with serial # or sim # but doesn't recognize it. Thanks for your help.

I am also having this same issue! We have been calling for a week. Can not get a live person on the line to help us. Trying to add a previously activated phone (was our phone) to a second line on the account. Saying sim is invalid? How do we fix this or get a new sim.
