Continue to receive invalid pin code error on brand new airt

I purchased a $45 plan refill card at Walmart last week and after many many tries a continue to receive an invalid error pain does not after speaking with customer service and chatting with customer service through Straight Talk for over an hour,it was determined that Walmart did not swipe the card and activate it properly yet I live nowhere near a Walmart is there any way to make this work properly?I have the receipt that I have pictures as well as the card
