I scratched the silver strip like normal, and two of the numbers aren't visible. I can't return this to the store, and I just got a new phone to put service on. Can I please get some help?

Same exact thing happened to me. I have the receipt (paper & digital) showing the purchase of card from walmart. After over 3 years first time this has happened and is there any way to retrieve pin using barcode on card? Walmart said they will not refund or exchange. Any help would be great

Scratched silver strip off straight talk phone service card. Misplaced scratched off phone card but yet still a inactivated phone service card. How do I refill my phone service with service card without silver scratch off service number?? Need to refill my service plan but lost service card with inactivated service number which without the code it's a waste of $45 since their is no return, exchange, or money back.... ughhhh.... just need to get my phone felt with so I can focus on more important issues.

This also happened to me, but I was not the one to scratch it off, so my grandma bought the card and wanted me to put it in, because I was the only one in the family who knows how. I was still sleeping, so my cousin came in and asked for me to do it, and while I was waking up, my cousin was scratching off the scratch thing. Then he accidently scratch off the first 3 number. After that, I asked my grandma if she had the receipt, but she said she didn't, I tried to look up ways to help me, but I couldn't find any. Can you help me please?
