Pending transaction - service refill card

Hello,
My plan expired a few days ago and I purchased a $45 refill card to reactivate service. However, after adding airtime 12 hours ago and turning the phone on and off several times I still have no service. On the Straight Talk website, under My Account I see 'Service End Date: 08/14/2017' so it seems like the airtime was added, but I have no service.

I am having the same issue it's been about an hour or longer and it keeps saying I have a transaction pending on my phone to wait give minutes
