I bought the new card from Walmart but I scratched off the silver lining. This has never happened before and I can’t get a refund or a new one for the month. What do I do?

Having the same problem here I scratched the pin off lightly and now atleast 5 of the numbers are unreadable, I either just want the problem fixed or a refund because this is a faulty product
