I am having trouble refilling my service. A few of the numbers have been scratched off of my service card. What do I do?

I scratched off my strip off my phone card and I'm missing the Last 3 numbers on it. Is there anyway I can still use it? I don't want to purchase another one.

This same instance happened to me. I have my receipt from walmart and the card, but due to scratching, 3 numbers are illegible. Please send support soon as I have run out of service and am unable to call the help center.
