I scratched silver strip and not all numbers are there

hi i did the same thing.. i scratched the first three numbers off my 2gb activation card and now i cant read the first three numbers of the activation code... i have the reciept somewhere... can you help please?? thank you..

I also paid for a service plan but almost all the numbers got scratched off and i need my phone

I bought a $55 refill card yesterday, and when I scratched off the silver strip all the numbers are not there. From what I am reading Walmart store will not help you. I have been in retail management for 20 years and I can not believe that a store will not stand behind what it sells, and to insure customer satisfaction. Especially if the customer has the receipt. I need help! I am currently unemployed and back in school and $55 is a lot of money to me right now.
