Every month I venture on down to Walmart, and purchase a 45 dollar straight talk card. Last month was no different, I activated the card on the sixth. All was well. Two days later however. Straight talk out of the blue Charged my account! When that happened it replaced the month I had paid for two days earlier. At the end of the month in order to resolve this issue this month I called customer service to cancel automated payment, to which I was informed I am NOT ENROLLED in automatic payment. this of coarse led me to wonder why i was charged in the first place. So today I contacted a customer service rep, named Gen. I was hoping since I paid for two months service i would receive two months service. Gen informed me she could not help me. I then requested to speak to a supervisor, I waited TWO HOURS for a supervisor. All the while receiving a chat saying if you don't respond in 60 seconds we will end chat. so I repeatedly replied I will wait. At the end of two hours the abruptly Ended the chat and booted me off. I cant help but feel that The company no longer values customers, that perhaps this is a known error that is exploited. Overall I felt robbed and discarded. I am very Unhappy with their customer service department.
