Hey, I was wondering if some one could help me. My dad accidentally bought the wrong service card as it is for hotspot data instead of a service and it is not compatible to my iPhone is there anyway I can exchange the card or return it for a service card of the same amount or is there nothing to do. Please get back to me soon.

I'm in the same situation, I accidentally purchased a $50 card for the mobile hotspot or tablet program and I meant to get a refill card for my phone. Is there anything I can do?

I have recently done a similar thing. Only I scratched the card to reveal the numbers. After I tried to load the minutes, it told me it would not work. We recently bought a phone that is not a smart phone. This phone apparently requires a specific type of card. Because it was a Byop. But because it isn't a smart phone I thought the 30$ card was the correct one. Boy was I wrong.

I have bought the wrong card at Walmart and didnt realize it until I was nearly 100miles away from where I purchased it.
So now I have an att card for 45 dollars and a phone I use straight talk through. What's the best idea here,..?
