The Service PIN you entered is not valid

I bought service plan and SIM KIT from Walmart yesterday. And tried following the step to active service plan. But it shows "The Service PIN you entered is not valid". Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Verizon iPhone 6s I bought the Sim Activation kit the $45 plan. The Sim card number is accepted but when I enter the service plan number it Comes up invalid.

I have an issue with a service pin i purchased on the website for the two line plan is coming up as invalid when i try to refill the second phone on my account

I purchased a $55 / 30 day service Straighttalk Sim Card Kit at Walmart Yesterday. We sat down to switch her phone over from Verizon tonight and got all the way through and then the service pin says it’s invalid....WHAT?!?!? I just spent $60 on an invalid pin...I need help correcting this issue. I am not going to buy another one to fix it...my $60 is not going to go to waste. Please tell me how to fix this...I am beyond frustrated after dealing with the robot straighttalk phone line...can I please have a human.
