5 rule post, and If a customer reads this what is your opinion on Straight Stalks service and customer service? 1- 10 10 being good service and 1 being horrible

So far 5... but definitely has the potential to move up. Once I found this forum and saw people were actually getting help, I thought hey at least they have somewhere they help their customers. Weird that phone/email support seems also non-existant (I personally kept getting disconnected on the phone) but one of the ST people is helping me with my issue now and I do believe I'll be on my way to solving it.

certainly a 9 for me. The only problem I have is i can't stream videos from my home security cameras since ST doesn't allow that. I can live without it for now.

It is hard for me to say at the moment but I am saving a significant chunk of change by cancelling my Verizon contract so even if service isn't as good I can live with it.

I'm at about a 7. The coverage is "meh" at best, and I can't send/receive pic messages from non iPhone users, atm.

i'm about a 6-7 as well. it probably would be different if i weren't using an at&t iphone on the nextwork. i'm having the same difficulties with mms, and it seems like my data coverage is spotty where it wasn't when i was with at&t.

I want a refund on my past couple payments, because I am absolutely disgusted with how this service.

I know this post is probably way too late, considering you are reading this on the Straight Talk forums, but I repeat, never use this service. Just go with GoPhone. These sleazebags are fucking idiots. I'm not even sorry for the language. It is warranted at this point. The "Unlimited Plan" is not really unlimited AT ALL. They throttle the living crap out of my "unlimited" data.

Also, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER set up auto-refill. There is no option on the website interface to cancel it. I looked everywhere for about 20 minutes, and I even quadruple checked the entire site map.

Which brings me to my third point. It took me two days, and spam bombing the Global Moderator usergroup in private messages to get my plan cancelled before I was rebilled today. This company is filled with nothing but crooks. Please, I advise you, look elsewhere if it is possible.

I rate it a -2,147,483,647/10.
