I signed up for the auto-pay on my phone when I saw there was a discount of $2.50 on each month of service. I have been happy with the service (after my porting issues) and figured why not. Fast forward to my refill date, bam, same price as usual. Honestly, its not the money factor here that bothers me. The fact that I was offered a "promotion" and I fulfilled my end of the bargain to not have ST fulfill theirs is pathetic. The fact that i have to post this issue in a forum and have to actively try and get my money back is a joke. I told a few people about this "promotion". I am curious to see if they are charged the same rate on their next bill.
Also, I switched phones to an HTC one x. I switched apn's and everything works but voicemail. When i call it and enter my password it says that it is the wrong code and to please try it again. I have tried it multiple times and its not me flubbing the numbers. I do not have another phone to troubleshoot. I don't know. Maybe if we reset my password it will go through.
