No advertising here, just a service problem , post 3

This wouldn't be such a problem if 99% of the customer service reps on here said to take things to private messages. How is that not encouraging spam to then force the customer to make four more posts in order to even receive help?

I also agree this 5 required posts is kinda silly specially since there's no area to just chat between members.
