Cannot send or receive picture messages

I pay the $45 a month for UNLIMITED everything and the only thing I can do is make calls and text. I can NOT get online or send or receive picture messages. I have called customer service SEVERAL times but have not found a single person to help me! Not to mention even if I had found someone to help me Im sure I wouldnt have been able to understand them since I swear NONE of the reps actually speak English! Im very disappointed with my straighttalk service and think it is a total waste of money!

Amen brother! What a waste of time that is. I find most of my problems can be resolved in a "DIY" way when the answers are plainly shown in a forum.

Yep, I'm also having this problem, whenever I attach a pic to a text, the message goes thru, but the pic doesn't get sent. Maybe just some setting needs to be changed?

I have been gone through with this problem.Whenever i used to sent a picture with text,the message goes through but the picture doesn't get sent.One of my friend told me to change some settings of my phone and the problem will be solved.I had done those settings and i can send pictures with text.
