Huawei Ascend Plus

I sent an email a few weeks back, maybe a month and never got a reply. I was looking and doing heavy research into what phone would be best for me (and that ran off of verizon towers) and I wanted this one. Went back to purchase it and it was gone! From all zip codes I could search! Why? Will it come back?

That wasn't the question. I'm not even a customer yet & I can't get an answers. Maybe net10 has better customer service.
