This is the 2nd time it's happened. Last time, a straight talk represented messaged me a link to download apn settings. I have an iPhone 4. Anyone care to help?

so I got a response letter back from this BS company through BBB and yeah they just kept relaying me the info about the throttled data. oh but yet I had no warning go to MY PHONE ST!. so on your end you did not send me one alert that I was gonna be cut off. But yet you are supposed to. So yeah at this point I have contacted my lawyer and I will be sending papers to your offices in Florida, and I will take this company to the ground!

Same happened with my iphone 4S activated in April...it looks like every two weeks this is happening. ST may be losing a customer soon...

well got no pm from ST at all, typical, I've filed and faxed papers to the main office through my lawyer. enough is enough. this company will learn one way or another.
