Good luck after I finally managed to get enough post in I received one pm I replied 3 days ago and still no further help. I had to call the tech support ending in them sending me a new phone which works but having help actually fix the phone would have been better now I have to wait with no phone and I restarted my service date the day before everything went haywire.
