I understand that since your plans are so low the phones are more expensive. I was wondering if existing customers could receive a discount? Especially the ones that have been with straight talk for awhile.

I too would like a discounted rate plan. I know that Cricket offers discounts if you pay for 3,6 months and even a year in advance. But their service was terrible for me. That's why I'm with StraightTalk now. Is there any kind of official forum to provide feedback like this or is this it?
