why the five post?

I'm very frustrated for about three days now I've had no data connection. I called straight talk customer service multiple times and each time I was transferred to an automated recording that did not help at all.then I found this site where I thought I could get a quick answer and I have to post five things before being helped.it's ridiculous. I only have one issue not five.why have us waste both our time and your time with this five post thing.it's just all very frustrating.
