Where can I get the upgrade package for the ZTE Majesty. I'm currently on 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and would like to upgrade to Marshmellow.

Hi Kodiak_Bear! My name is Straight Talk Jean. Our phones are locked. For our branded Android phones, the software has already been updated and cannot be upgraded to a higher version. It has been branded or modified to our service. If you wish to upgrade your software to a higher version, although we don't recommend it, then this will be at your sole risk. Out of curiosity - how does Straight Talk get away with not warning customers of this (if it's hidden in the TOS, I didn't find it when I read over them) and also charging full price for flagship phones (such as Galaxy Note 9) which people buy for the sake of keeping on top of technology and having the latest functional thing? You shouldn't be charging multiple hundreds of dollars for phones people expect to last for years then forcibly making their firmware go obsolete from the second the phone is purchased. That's very messed up and (in my opinion) unethical.
